Fee schedule

Our fees are shown inclusive of French VAT and displayed before any introduction, as required by the French order of 10 January 2017 on consumer information in property transactions.

Transactions in Paris and the Ile-de-France

Sale price above 400,000 € : 5 % incl. VAT
Sale price from 200,000 € to 399,999 € : 6 % incl. VAT
Sale price below 200,000 € : 7 % incl. VAT

Transactions elsewhere in France

Sale price above 500,000 € : 5 % incl. VAT
Sale price below 500,000 € : 6 % incl. VAT

Exceptional residences, châteaux and manor houses

Sale price below 2,000,000 € : 6 % incl. VAT
Sale price above 2,000,000 € : 5 % incl. VAT

Search mandates and written valuations

Search or negotiation mandate on behalf of the seller : 4 % incl. VAT
Written and reasoned valuation report : 500 € excl. VAT, fixed fee

Unless the listing states otherwise, transaction fees are payable by the buyer and the displayed price includes them. The price excluding fees is stated on every listing.

A valuation carried out with a view to putting your property on the market is free and without obligation. Only the written valuation report, intended for an estate, a division of assets or a wealth planning matter, carries the fixed fee shown above.

No fee is payable until the sale is completed by notarial deed.
